Join us in celebrating 30 years of May’s Place, the first free-standing hospice in Western Canada and the only hospice in the Downtown Eastside.
This exciting virtual event features internationally renowned speaker and award-winning author Dr. Gabor Maté. A unique virtual event featuring: Keynote speaker Dr. Gabor Mate, silent auction, archives depicting the rich history of May’s Place in the DTES, recent interviews with those touched by May’s, digital fundraiser, and raffle.

Where: Registrants will be sent an event link prior to the event.
Why: Celebrate the rich and colourful history of iconic May’s Place in the DTES; raise funds for much-needed equipment and social services for end-of-life patients.
