Fauzia comes to TBG from the corporate HR world with over two decades of experience in increasingly complex organizations in several industries. Most recent of those is the Construction industry. Fauzia has brought her skill, energy, and enthusiasm to the work we provide to our valued employees and stakeholders. She provides leadership in all aspects of HR and continues to collaborate with senior leadership to further develop our human resources goals and strategy, while staying aligned to the mission. When not at her day job, she spends her time volunteering in the community, studying the alternate healing world and is an energy healer, yogi, and crystal lover. She is passionate about bringing the Human into Human Resources and helping to bridge the gap between employee and employer. She looks forward to supporting our vision to make a difference to the lives of the people we serve.
